1. Billing Cycles

SnagBolt subscriptions are available on monthly and yearly billing cycles. The applicable fees for each plan are as follows:

All prices are in AED, exclusive of applicable taxes.

2. Auto-Renewal Policy

All paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) at the then-current subscription rate. You will be charged through Stripe using the payment method on file. If a charge fails, Stripe may retry according to its standard retry schedule. If all attempts fail, your account will enter a 7-day grace period and may then be suspended until payment is resolved.

3. Cancellation Process

You may cancel your subscription at any time through one of the following methods:

• Stripe Customer Portal: Access through the “Manage Subscription” section in your account settings.
• Email: Contact us at [email protected] with your cancellation request.

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period. After the billing period ends, your account will revert to read-only with limited functionality.

4. Refund Policy

• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
• Downgrading from a yearly to monthly plan does not entitle you to a refund for the unused portion of the annual subscription.
• If you believe you were charged in error, please contact [email protected] within 14 days of the charge.

5. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Any price changes will be communicated to existing subscribers at least 30 days in advance via email. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.

6. Free Trial Terms

• The free trial provides full Professional features for 14 days, with AI voice transcription limited to 5 minutes. No credit card required.
• No credit card is required to start the free trial.
• At the end of the 14-day trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service.
• If you do not subscribe, your account will be restricted to read-only but your data will be retained.
• Each user is entitled to one free trial. Creating multiple accounts to extend free trial access is a violation of these terms.

7. Failed Payment & Grace Period

• If a subscription payment fails, your account enters a 7-day grace period during which full access is maintained.
• You will receive an email notification prompting you to update your payment method.
• If payment is not resolved within the grace period, your account will become read-only.
• Once payment is successfully processed, full access is restored automatically.

8. Tester Access

• Tester access is granted at the discretion of SnagBolt administrators using single-use codes.
• Tester grants have a defined duration (default 90 days, maximum 365 days). Access automatically expires when the grant period ends.
• Tester access may be revoked at any time by an administrator.
• Upon tester access expiry or revocation, your account falls back to your next available entitlement (organisation, paid personal subscription, or trial). If no other entitlement exists, your account becomes read-only.
• Unredeemed tester codes expire after a set period (default 30 days).

9. Organisation Plan Specifics

• Organisation plans (Team and Business) are billed to the organisation owner's account.
• Adding seats beyond the included allocation incurs additional charges at the per-seat rate (AED 39/seat/mo or AED 390/seat/yr).
• Removing members does not automatically reduce the subscription cost; you must explicitly reduce seats through the billing portal.
• Organisation data is retained for 30 days following cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted.
• The Data Processing Agreement (DPA) applies automatically to all Team and Business plans.

10. Invoice & Payment Terms

• Payment processor: All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• Currency: All subscriptions are billed in UAE Dirhams (AED).
• Invoices: Invoices are generated automatically upon each successful payment and are available in your account.
• VAT/Tax: Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Applicable taxes are calculated and applied based on your billing address and local tax regulations.
