1. Service Description

SnagBolt is a professional snag and defect reporting tool for property inspections, operated by Nobots FZ LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. The service enables property inspectors to photograph defects, annotate findings, organize reports by location and severity, and generate branded PDF inspection reports.

2. Account Terms

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your password.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

3. Acceptable Use

SnagBolt is intended for professional use in property inspection reporting. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Upload, transmit, or store any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Use the service to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Use the service in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair the service.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the service without our written consent.

4. Subscription & Billing

SnagBolt offers the following subscription tiers:

All prices are in AED, exclusive of applicable taxes. Applicable taxes may be calculated and applied based on your billing address and local tax regulations. Subscriptions are managed through the application and processed by Stripe. Subscription fees are billed in advance for the selected billing cycle (monthly or yearly).

5. Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal or by contacting support at [email protected].
• Upon cancellation, you retain full access to paid features until the end of your current billing period (paid-through date). After the paid-through date, your account becomes read-only.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
• If a payment fails, you receive a 7-day grace period with full access. If payment is not recovered within the grace period, your account becomes read-only.
• Read-only accounts can view and export existing reports but cannot create new reports, snags, or voice notes.

5a. Tester Access

We may grant free tester access at our discretion, with a specified plan level and duration (default 90 days, maximum 365 days). Tester access may be revoked at any time. When tester access expires or is revoked, your account falls back to your next available entitlement (organisation membership, paid personal subscription, or free trial). If no other entitlement exists, your account becomes read-only. All user data is preserved.

6. Organisation Plans

• The organisation owner is responsible for all billing and payment obligations.
• Adding seats may increase the subscription cost proportionally.
• Removing a member from an organisation does not automatically reduce the subscription or cancel the plan.
• Organisation data is retained for 30 days after the subscription is cancelled, after which it may be permanently deleted.
• The organisation owner can transfer ownership to another admin member.

7. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain full ownership of all inspection data, photographs, annotations, and reports you create using SnagBolt. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Our property: The SnagBolt name, logo, branding, software, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Nobots FZ LLC. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, trade names, or branding without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nobots FZ LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We implement reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee against all potential data loss scenarios.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate by canceling your subscription and ceasing use of the service. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.

Upon termination, your data will remain available for export for a period of 30 days. After this period, we reserve the right to delete all data associated with your account. We encourage you to export your reports and data prior to or promptly after termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

11. Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

For customers on Team and Business plans, the following Data Processing Agreement terms apply automatically as part of this agreement:

• Nobots FZ LLC acts as the Data Processor on behalf of the organisation.
• The organisation acts as the Data Controller and determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.
• We process personal data only as instructed by the Data Controller and in accordance with these Terms.
• We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data.
• We will notify the Data Controller of any confirmed data breach within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.
• Upon termination of the agreement, we will delete or return all processed data within 30 days, as directed by the Data Controller.
• A list of sub-processors is maintained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Service Availability (SLA)

• We aim for 99.9% uptime for the SnagBolt service.
• Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance via email or in-app notification.
• Service credits are not offered at this time.
• Support is available via email at [email protected].

13. AI-Powered Features

• SnagBolt uses AI for voice-to-text transcription (via OpenAI Whisper) and AI-powered inspection summaries.
• AI-generated content (transcriptions, summaries, recommendations) should be reviewed by the user for accuracy before inclusion in final reports.
• We are not liable for errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated transcriptions or summaries. SnagBolt provides full editing capabilities for all AI-generated content — users are responsible for reviewing and correcting any inaccuracies before finalising their reports. By submitting a report containing AI-generated content, the user accepts responsibility for the accuracy of that content.
• Voice data is processed by OpenAI and is not used for model training by OpenAI.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the application. Your continued use of SnagBolt after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must discontinue your use of the service.
